Wedding 3 03, 23Ivy helped plan our destination wedding this year. She had already came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. We were going into this destination wedding idea without any knowledge of what we wanted to do. All I initially gave her was- we wanted an all-inclusive resort that was family friendly, and not a long plane ride away. She promptly made a PowerPoint with options to choose from and we quickly booked a resort and started the process. She herself is a world traveler and has been to tons of resorts and destinations and has in person knowledge that goes unmatched in these situations. So, it was quite easy for her to pin point the best place for us. The whole year long process she talked to us once a week. Asked the questions we didn't know to ask and kept up on a timeline, so we made sure we had everything ready. She went above and beyond by giving her information to all of our quests for questions, made websites for our wedding for easy access to info and booking, and was the sole contact between us and the resort wedding planner.

Wedding 11 11, 22Ivaline found our family the perfect beach escape in Montego Bay Jamaica. She is trust-worthy, competent and does everything to go beyond to make a wonderful vacation experience. She found us a wonderful hotel, arranged our transportation, gave us tips along the way and even got us a lovely beach cabana as a gift during our stay. She is a great communicator and truly cares about her clients. We highly recommend her! The week before she sent everyone a personalized travel information email with flight, car pick up and resort details. Then called us and made sure we were ready and if she could do anything to help. She had told everyone during their stay if they had any problem to call her. When we did run into a problem, she immediately called us and helped us threw the issue and then even followed up and handled it all for us. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for help booking a trip to use Ivy. She genuinely cares and immerses herself into your family and happiness. She has the knowledge of the dos and don’ts of most places, what you need to travel there, best time to travel and buy flights, family friendly trips, romantic trips etc. I know we couldn't have done it without her and I firmly believe anyone else should either haha!
